Program Overview
Education Studies equips future private-school elementary teachers and career-changers seeking state alternative certification. You will complete BUF’s General-Education and Biblical/Theological foundations, master core pedagogy—classroom management, assessment, special education, ESOL, reading, math, science, and social-studies methods—and finish with a twelve-week supervised internship plus a reading practicum. Graduates enter Christian, charter, or private K-6 classrooms immediately or pursue Florida’s alternative certification route.
