Program Overview
The Christian Studies major deepens your biblical, theological, and ministry foundations after you’ve completed an A.A. elsewhere. The 42-hour major blends hermeneutics, worldview, doctrine, Southern Baptist life, preaching/teaching, advanced Bible book studies, upper-level theology/history/philosophy, and practical-ministry electives—culminating in a senior Ministry Integration capstone. Graduates are equipped for lay or vocational ministry and meet prerequisites for seminary or graduate work.
