Leadership Core (24 hours)
Includes foundational and advanced leadership courses in education, communication, multiculturalism, and conflict resolution.
Research & Evaluation (15 hours)
Training in research methods, educational statistics, literature review, and dissertation preparation.
Dissertation (15 hours)
A three-phase project completed under faculty mentorship, with continuous enrollment required through final defense and archival submission.
